Change Management Consultant – Manufacturing Transformation

About the role

Nexer Czech Republic, a division of DANIR AB, is looking for a Change Management Consultant to support a Swedish manufacturing client's large-scale business transformation across its Czech sites. You will act as the key link between the central Change Management team and local factory management and employees, focusing on stakeholder engagement, communication, training, readiness and adoption of new ways of working. Regular on-site presence in Bruntál and Vrbno pod Pradědem is essential.

The assignment lasts 1.5-2 years, starting part-time and moving to full time from spring/summer 2027, with an ideal start of 1 October 2026. It is a B2B assignment with a 50% allocation, remote work with occasional travel, and requires fluent Czech and English.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder analysis and assess change impacts
• Support business readiness, training and adoption activities
• Adapt and implement the Change Management approach for Czech factories
• Act as liaison between the central project team and local stakeholders
• Coordinate communication and engagement activities
• Facilitate leadership alignment and stakeholder engagement
• Support readiness assessments and mitigation planning
• Work with Project Managers, Business Process Leads, Super Users and Change Agents

Required profile

• Experience in Change Management within business transformation, ERP or digital transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with both leadership teams and end users
• Ability to independently plan and execute change activities
• Willingness to work regularly on-site in manufacturing environments

Required skills

• Fluent Czech and English
• Nice to have: Prosci Change Management methodology, manufacturing or factory experience, SAP or other ERP implementation experience, knowledge of Change Management best practices
