ServiceNow Technical Delivery Lead & PMO Consultant

About the role

Nexer Czech Republic, a division of DANIR AB, is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Delivery Lead & PMO Consultant to join a large-scale digital transformation program for a global logistics organization. The role combines technical consulting, project delivery leadership, stakeholder management and PMO responsibilities, taking ownership of a ServiceNow workstream end to end. It is not a pure Project Manager or administrative PMO role.

Key responsibilities

• Own a ServiceNow workstream from analysis through design, development, testing, release to production and hypercare.
• Maintain the workstream delivery plan, priorities, milestones, dependencies and expected outcomes.
• Drive analysis and ensure requirements, dependencies and design decisions are understood before development starts.
• Identify technical blockers, dependencies and design risks early and coordinate development and testing (including UAT, defect management).
• Prepare Release to Production readiness and coordinate activities through production release and hypercare.
• Own risks, issues, actions and dependencies, and keep Jira and other tracking tools accurate.
• Produce status reports for the Project Manager, Product Owner and governance, and lead workstream meetings and stakeholder engagement.
• Translate technical topics for business stakeholders and prepare project documentation and presentations.

Required profile

• Based in Czechia, with hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow implementations.
• Solid background in ITSM environments and experience leading technical workstreams.
• Ability to work independently in complex enterprise environments and communicate professionally in English.
• Nice to have: previous ServiceNow consultant, implementation lead or technical delivery lead experience, consulting background in digital transformation, and experience coordinating globally distributed teams.

• Jira and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Project management and PMO capabilities.
• Nice to have: knowledge of release and change management processes.
