Channel Programs Specialist

About the role

The Channel Programs Specialist will support the digital B2B platform used to communicate, engage and activate retail partners. You will create and manage digital content, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive retailer engagement through online programs and events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and publish digital content aligned with the editorial plan while adhering to legal and company guidelines.
• Execute online business programs and event‑related communications, including engagement mechanics, creative asset coordination, and post‑activity performance analysis.
• Collaborate daily with the B2B call centre, agencies, and internal teams to support retailers, campaign execution and business follow‑up.
• Monitor, collect and evaluate data to identify improvement opportunities for retailer engagement.
• Manage Net Promoter Score (NPS) activities, from audience preparation to survey deployment and translating feedback into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Marketing, Sales or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with digital platforms and agency cooperation.
• Fluent in Czech or Slovak and advanced English.
• Strong communication, presentation and analytical abilities.
• Project‑management experience and advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good sense for language and design.
