Senior Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

Apify, the leading AI‑tool marketplace, is building a global creator community and needs a senior leader to launch and own its influencer marketing program. You will create a network of creators and influencers that accurately communicate Apify’s value and drive demand across the funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale the content creator program across YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Reddit, podcasts and other channels targeting developers and AI builders.
• Design program structure – tiers, compensation models, onboarding and regional execution aligned with GTM priorities.
• Manage budgets, contracts, rates and usage rights for all creator partnerships.
• Stay ahead of creator‑economy trends, platform shifts and emerging formats, feeding insights into program evolution.
• Collaborate with product marketing, affiliate, and social teams to ensure creator content aligns with product narrative and amplifies across owned channels.
• Own program reporting on content velocity, ICP reach, messaging quality, creator‑attributed sign‑ups and revenue influence.
• Oversee paid placements and UGC buying, routing top‑performing content into broader media‑buying efforts.
• Control content quality, ensuring accurate messaging, feature representation and fit with target audiences.

Required profile

• 6+ years in media buying, influencer marketing or partnerships, preferably in B2B, developer, gaming or technical product environments.
• Deep understanding of technical audiences and the trust dynamics within developer communities.
• Proven ability to build creator programs from scratch and respect skeptical audiences.
• Experience linking creator content to performance‑marketing metrics and acquisition goals.
• Hands‑on creative skills – writing briefs, building toolkits and directing content creation.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration with paid media, product, legal and finance teams.
