Chief Executive Officer – Lead Transformation

About the role

BM4U is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to steer manufacturing companies through growth, restructuring, and international expansion. The CEO will define the corporate vision, drive strategic execution, and ensure sustainable performance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the company’s vision and strategic roadmap.
• Take full responsibility for overall business direction, performance, and results.
• Lead the executive management team and guide the organization through transformation periods.
• Negotiate with key stakeholders and forge strategic partnerships.
• Approve financial plans, investment decisions, and business priorities.
• Identify organizational challenges and lead restructuring and change initiatives.
• Drive business growth, operational excellence, and long‑term value creation.
• Make critical leadership decisions and develop top‑management talent.
• Shape and strengthen corporate culture to support sustainable performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, General Manager or equivalent senior executive role.
• At least 10 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Track record of leading companies through transformation, restructuring, turnaround or growth projects.
• Strong strategic, analytical and decision‑making capabilities under pressure.
• Experience as a statutory director, Managing Director or Board Member is an advantage.
• Professional proficiency in English or German (C1 level); additional languages are a plus.
