Client Service Risk Manager – Technology Advisory

About the role

As a Client Service Risk Manager in the Technology Advisory practice, you will lead integrated case management for technology‑related risk cases, providing guidance to client service teams and firm functions. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping the firm navigate emerging technology and AI risks while ensuring a positive impact for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead case management and advisory on CSR cases related to technology innovation and risk.
• Liaise with Client Service Teams, firm functions, and cell leaders to streamline processes and develop comprehensive guidance.
• Build strong relationships with Client Service Professionals, Technology and Product teams, and Risk Committee members.
• Work across multiple sectors and geographies, gaining expertise in emerging risk areas.
• Contribute to the Global Technology Risk team’s thought‑leadership and risk capability development.
