CNC Operator – Olomouc

About the role

Flowserve, a global leader in flow‑control solutions, is seeking a CNC Operator for its Olomouc plant. The role involves operating CNC lathes and multi‑axis machining centres to produce parts according to engineering drawings.

Key responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes and multi‑axis machining centres.
• Produce components following technical drawings.
• Prepare tools and set up machines for each job.
• Adjust and fine‑tune machine parameters.
• Perform quality checks on finished parts.
• Carry out daily machine maintenance.

Required profile

• Secondary technical education (mechanic, CNC setter, metal‑working) or equivalent experience.
• Practical experience in CNC machine operation and setup.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work with measuring instruments.
• Willingness to work a three‑shift schedule (Monday‑Friday).

Required skills

• CNC lathe operation.
• Multi‑axis machining centre operation.
• Tool preparation and machine setup.
• Reading technical drawings and using measurement tools.
• Chip machining (advantage).
