Customer Service Representative (German) – Associate Level

About the role

Kyndryl is looking for an associate‑level Customer Service Representative who speaks German. The role is designed for people who enjoy helping customers solve problems and want to start a career in IT without prior technical experience. You will be the voice of Kyndryl, delivering concierge‑level support through chat, email and Microsoft Teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support to German‑speaking customers, troubleshooting issues across Windows, macOS and Linux environments.
• Deliver interactive solutions via chat, email and Microsoft Teams while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with back‑office teams to manage escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Continuously learn Microsoft 365, Excel and other platforms, pursuing certifications such as Azure, Google Cloud or Microsoft.
