Customer Service Representative with German

The role suits people who want to get into IT without prior tech experience: it combines tech support with problem solving and customer service, and offers a fast-paced, supportive environment with plenty of learning.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers as the face and voice of Kyndryl, helping them solve their problems every day
• Learn the basics in the first month and then provide interactive solutions by chat, email and MS Teams
• Work with back-office teams to handle escalations
• Learn from senior colleagues and mentors, and explore different job roles within the company
• Develop expertise in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, and pursue certifications such as Google Cloud, Azure and Microsoft

Required profile

• German language
• Interest in technology, even without tech experience
• Customer-focused, with a growth mindset and openness to others
• Active listening and flexibility to adapt your approach to customer needs

Required skills

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Preferred: experience with Windows, Mac or Linux, help desk and customer support experience
