Quality Assurance Specialist (Czech + English, Onsite Brno)

About the role

D-ploy is an IT and engineering solutions company operating across the EMEA region and the USA. It is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist based onsite in Brno, Czechia, fluent in Czech and English, to evaluate customer interactions and support continuous improvement of its service.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate customer interactions (calls, chats, emails, social media) to ensure alignment with quality standards
• Deliver clear, constructive feedback to support representatives in their continuous improvement
• Take part in internal and client calibration sessions to ensure quality consistency
• Collaborate with the Team Leader on coaching initiatives and performance alignment
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery
• Track and analyse quality-related data to identify trends and opportunities

Required profile

• Czech at C2 level and English at minimum B2 level
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to relocate or commute to Brno, with onsite presence required

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
