Delivery Service Partner Account Manager

About the role

Rohlik is expanding its last‑mile operations across the Czech Republic. The Delivery Service Partner Account Manager will own the national DSP network strategy, budget and capacity planning, while leading a team of specialists to ensure fast, reliable delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the DSP network strategy for the whole country.
• Manage the last‑mile operational budget and lead transformation projects focused on cost efficiency and scalability.
• Plan and optimise courier capacity nationwide, overseeing recruitment and budget utilisation.
• Lead and mentor internal specialists, including trainers and last‑mile experts.
• Coordinate daily with Heads of Logistics, distribution centre managers and Quality teams.
• Analyse performance data, track key metrics and present actionable insights to senior management.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years in senior operations, last‑mile logistics or transport management handling large partner networks.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven mindset with ability to turn complex numbers into fast decisions.
• Proven resilience in fast‑paced, changing environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and diplomatic skills with partners.
• Resourceful, hands‑on problem‑solver when standard processes are insufficient.
• Fluent in English and Czech (written and spoken) for daily cross‑functional communication.
