About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and develop our key digital channels and support the online journey of prospective families.

Key responsibilities

Manage and continuously improve the school website and landing pages.
Plan, launch and evaluate campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital channels.
Support admissions‑related lead generation, including Open Days.
Maintain the school’s LinkedIn presence and monitor SEO, website performance and content consistency.
Track campaign performance using analytics tools, analyse data and prepare clear reports.
Use insights to recommend improvements to campaigns and the digital user journey, working closely with marketing and admissions teams.

Required profile

Fluent in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Experience with paid campaigns, website management and lead generation.
Proactive, organised and detail‑oriented.
