About the role

Join Zebra’s Finance team as a Financial Analyst I, supporting the FP&A function with month‑end results, variance analysis, and budgeting activities. You will act as a key analytical resource, delivering insights that help business leaders make informed financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze P&L statements, identifying variances against budgets, forecasts and historical trends.
• Collaborate on annual budget preparation and quarterly rolling forecasts, consolidating inputs from senior team members and business partners.
• Create, maintain and distribute monthly and quarterly management reports with clear financial commentary.
• Serve as the primary finance liaison for assigned operational functions, providing day‑to‑day business partnering support.
• Develop ad‑hoc financial models and analyses for strategic projects.
• Investigate data discrepancies across ERP and reporting tools to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial schedules.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced lookup functions.
• Experience or familiarity with ERP/financial systems such as Oracle, Hyperion or Essbase.
• Solid understanding of P&L reporting, variance analysis, account reconciliations, and budgeting/forecasting processes.
• Foundational knowledge of core accounting standards (e.g., US GAAP or local statutory requirements).
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight month‑end and quarter‑end deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
