About the role

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Four Seasons Hotel Prague, you will support daily operations and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hotel setting. The role combines hands‑on leadership with operational oversight to maintain the highest standards of service, quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support team members to ensure outstanding guest service.
• Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring adherence to service standards and procedures.
• Handle guest feedback, concerns and special requests professionally.
• Conduct shift briefings and communicate operational information clearly.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training and development of staff.
• Monitor service quality and implement improvements to boost guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and sanitation regulations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, inventory control and cost‑management initiatives.
• Coordinate facility and equipment maintenance and collaborate with other departments for seamless operations.
• Perform departmental reporting, administrative tasks and contribute to operational projects.

Required profile
