Future Finance Leaders Traineeship

About the role

P&G is looking for Business/Tech students in their 3rd, 4th or 5th year of study or recent graduates to join its Future Finance Leaders Program in Prague. The traineeship lasts 3 to 6 months and starts with real business responsibility and ownership from day one, within a multifunctional team involved in business development and decision-making. Successful completion may lead to a full-time, permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on new product launches, assessing financial impacts with brand and sales teams
• Explore business opportunities in emerging channels such as e-commerce and discounters
• Enhance cost competitiveness in manufacturing processes

Required profile

• Business or Technology students in their 3rd, 4th or 5th year, or recent graduates
• Strong written and verbal communication in Czech/Slovak and English
• Initiative, problem-solving and positive attitude towards challenges and change
• Interpersonal and multinational cooperation skills, for example from international student exchanges or voluntary work
• Analytical thinking and leadership skills
