Global Mobility Tax Specialist (m/f/d)

About the role

Join Siemens Global Mobility and Reward department as a Global Mobility Tax Specialist. You will support day‑to‑day tax compliance for expatriates, coordinate with internal partners and external providers, and ensure accurate tax processing worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage personal income tax compliance processes for current customers.
• Coordinate complex tax agendas with internal stakeholders and external tax providers.
• Collaborate with commercial project managers, local HR partners and tax providers.
• Evaluate new concepts, process changes and internal regulations impacting tax compliance.
• Deliver accurate data and documents within cut‑off dates for tax processing.
• Oversee global tax payments to authorities and prepare related reports.
• Maintain internal tools, track compliance status and suggest process improvements.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Critical thinking and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and adapt existing processes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Intercultural sensitivity and willingness to support a dynamic business culture.

Required skills

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
