Global Process Manager – Early Careers & One Young World

About the role

This role will shape Novartis’ Early Careers strategy by leading the One Young World program and driving operational excellence across global early‑career initiatives. Based in Prague, you will connect emerging talent with the broader Novartis talent ecosystem, enhancing visibility, mobility and development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery and continuous improvement of Early Career programs through scalable processes, governance frameworks, tools and best practices.
• Own the global One Young World program – strategy execution, governance, annual cycles, delegate selection and alumni engagement.
• Design transparent talent identification and selection processes aligned with future skills and business priorities.
• Integrate Early Career and One Young World participants into Talent Management processes, Workday, skills profiles, talent reviews and succession planning.
• Build and nurture a global emerging talent and alumni community for networking, mentoring and leadership development.
• Partner with Talent Management, People & Organization, business leaders and global stakeholders to embed initiatives into the wider talent ecosystem.
• Establish measurement frameworks, reporting and executive dashboards to track effectiveness, retention, mobility and business impact.
• Lead communications, change management and enablement to position One Young World as a strategic talent development intervention.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Talent Management or Early Careers within a global organization.
• Strong program management background with a track record of designing governance frameworks and operational processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to leverage AI tools and technology to improve program effectiveness.
