Guest Arrival Expert / Night Porter

About the role

As a Guest Arrival Expert (Night Porter) you will be the first and last point of contact for guests staying at our Marriott hotel in Prague. You will ensure arrivals and departures are smooth, memorable and reflect the brand’s commitment to wonderful hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, assist with check‑in and check‑out procedures, and provide local area information.
• Handle guest requests promptly, from luggage assistance to special service needs.
• Complete operational reports, incident logs and other documentation as required.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by moving, lifting (up to 50 lb unassisted, over 75 lb with assistance) and arranging items throughout the lobby and public areas.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery during night shifts.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks safely.
