HR Business Partner – EMEA (Czech Republic)

About the role

As the HR Business Partner for Cato Networks in the Czech Republic, you will be the primary HR liaison for local employees and support selected functions across EMEA. You will work closely with leadership, Talent Acquisition, and office management to enhance employee experience, engagement, and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the local HR subject‑matter expert for Czech‑based employees across all functions.
• Partner with local leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, relocation, immigration, and off‑boarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with Czech employment laws and provide guidance to managers.
• Act as HR Business Partner for Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and Product Support functions across EMEA.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years as an HR Business Partner or Generalist in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of Czech Republic employment laws and regulations.
• Experience managing employee relocation, immigration, and mobility processes.
• Fluency in English and Czech.
