Senior People Solutions Analyst

About the role

Collibra is seeking a Senior People Solutions Analyst to join its People Solutions team on a fixed‑term basis until January 2028. The role is hybrid, based in Prague, and offers immediate ownership of Workday HCM configuration and support while covering a colleague’s leave.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain core Workday HCM modules (Absence Management, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, Benefits) for a global workforce.
• Build and maintain Workato automations and prototype AI‑driven workflows using tools such as Claude, connecting Workday with the applicant tracking system and other People Technology platforms.
• Manage security access requests, business process configurations, and develop reliable Workday reports for stakeholders.
• Test, deploy, and monitor new Workday functionality and semi‑annual releases, flagging issues early.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience configuring Workday modules and managing integrations.
• Proficiency with iPaaS/automation tools (Workato) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse).
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve business challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Required skills

• Base salary between 128,000 PLN and 160,000 PLN per year.
