HR Intern – Prague

About the role

Join AB InBev’s People team in Prague for a full‑time, unpaid internship lasting 3‑6 months. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in a leading FMCG company, working across HR functions and building a professional network.

Key responsibilities

• Support Talent & Development activities such as talent attraction, performance management and learning initiatives.
• Assist with Employee Experience processes including hiring, moves, terminations and knowledge‑management projects.
• Coordinate Rewards projects, internal communications and Czech‑specific benefit programs.

Required profile

• Final‑year Bachelor’s or Master’s student, or recent graduate, with legal authorization to work in the Czech Republic.
• Advanced proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with strong interest in HR and ability to handle confidential information.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and basic customer‑service skills.
