About the role
Join BCG’s People Strategy & Unlocking Potential team as an HR Manager for Central Europe. You will work directly with senior leaders to shape the firm’s people agenda, focusing on employer value proposition, structural HR, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing.
Key responsibilities
- Design and drive high‑impact initiatives across EVP, structural HR, D&I and wellbeing.
- Own projects from framing and analysis to stakeholder alignment, communication and implementation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams across multiple European locations.
- Translate ambiguous problems into pragmatic, actionable solutions.
Required profile
- University degree, preferably with a focus on HR management.
- 3–5 years of consulting experience delivering impact in fast‑paced, client‑facing environments.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Required skills
- Structured problem solving and data analysis.
- Clear, compelling communication and story‑lining.
- Proven ability to drive projects end‑to‑end.
