About the role
The HSE Specialist will support Jotun in maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with Czech regulations and company standards. The role involves driving a strong safety culture across the plant.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the HSE management system in line with ISO 45001 and coordinate with ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
- Conduct safety walks, inspections, risk assessments and internal audits.
- Investigate accidents, incidents and near‑misses, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor HSE performance, report KPIs and deliver training and fire‑prevention drills.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Professional competence in risk prevention (OZO) and fire protection (OZO).
- Fluent in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
Required skills
- ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 knowledge.
- Risk assessment and incident investigation.
- Fire protection and preventive measures.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
