Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of Human Resources operations. The successful candidate will act as a strategic business partner to site leadership while ensuring effective HR service delivery, employee engagement, talent management, and compliance with employment regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with site management to align HR initiatives with business objectives and provide guidance on workforce planning and organizational development.
• Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and monitor headcount, turnover, and productivity metrics.
• Investigate and resolve employee grievances, maintain communication channels between employees and management.
• Drive performance management processes, identify training needs, and support succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, maintain accurate employee records, manage HR audits, and support payroll and benefits administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8‑10 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and proven experience in employee relations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities with a business‑partnering mindset.
