In-Room Dining Server

About the role

As an In-Room Dining Server at Four Seasons Hotel Prague, you will deliver food and beverage service directly to guests' rooms, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience. You will work as part of the Food & Beverage team, upholding the brand’s high standards of service and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage orders accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner
• Set up and present in‑room dining experiences with attention to detail and quality
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including food and wine pairings
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns
• Accurately enter orders into the system and manage guest checks and payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service and operational areas
• Deliver guest amenities and refresh minibars as required
• Ensure equipment and service areas are well maintained
• Support a smooth and professional service experience from order to follow‑up

Required profile

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality service (1–2 years preferred)
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Strong communication skills with good command of English
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality service
• Positive attitude and guest‑focused mindset

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of POS systems
• General computer skills
