Inbound Operations Manager

About the role

Join Rohlik at the launch of a brand‑new, highly automated fulfillment centre. As Inbound Operations Manager you will shape inbound processes from day one, lead a shift team and influence the culture and standards of a fast‑growing operation.

Key responsibilities

• Own inbound performance – receiving, put‑away, stock availability, safety compliance and labour management.
• Lead, coach and scale a team of Area Managers, ensuring optimal staffing, skills development and readiness.
• Collaborate with Automation, OpEx, HR, IT and Transport to solve live challenges and align resources.
• Monitor KPIs, conduct root‑cause analyses and champion continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Support implementation of new tools, automated systems and standardised best practices.
• Provide hands‑on problem solving during peak periods, weekends and holidays.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in inbound, warehousing or logistics, with a proven track record managing 50+ people.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent communication, coordination and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English and conversational Czech.
