Innovation Manager in Document Automation team

About the role

Join PwC's Risk Assurance Services innovation and transformation team as an Innovation Manager focused on document automation. You will lead AI‑enabled initiatives that redesign document‑heavy processes for Czech and international clients, delivering scalable, intelligent solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive innovation initiatives centered on AI‑powered document automation.
• Design and lead the implementation of document automation solutions, including AI‑supported processing and workflow optimisation.
• Identify opportunities where AI can create measurable client value and improve unstructured information handling.
• Lead a small team of AI‑skilled professionals, set priorities and ensure delivery excellence.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients on AI, automation, and document transformation roadmaps.
• Support business development through solution design, proposal creation and client presentations.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable AI‑driven solutions.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in innovation, AI, automation, digital transformation or consulting.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their practical application in document processing.
• Proven experience leading or coordinating small specialist teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable AI‑enabled solutions.
• Experience delivering client‑facing transformation projects from opportunity shaping through delivery.
• Professional fluency in English.
