Inside Sales Representative – IT (International B2B)

About the role

Join a global leader in customer experience and technology services as an Inside Sales Representative focused on IT solutions. You will work with leading IT vendors, engage international B2B clients, and develop consultative sales expertise in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with an assigned portfolio of business customers.
• Proactively contact existing clients and new prospects to uncover sales opportunities.
• Drive revenue through consultative selling and customer engagement.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Pre‑Sales, Pricing, Partner Managers, and Field Sales to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

Required profile

• Previous experience in B2B or inside sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Ability to manage priorities and work with sales KPIs.
• Interest in technology and the IT market.
• Professional level English; additional languages (Greek, Romanian, Bulgarian, Croatian, Slovenian) are a plus.
