Inside Service Sales Engineer

About the role

As an Inside Service Sales Engineer you will drive sales growth for our service business by combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of customer needs. Reporting to the Regional Service Sales Manager, you will collaborate closely with sales and service teams to implement effective service‑sales strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize service‑sales activities and customer interactions to meet business targets.
• Collaborate with the aftermarket team to deliver exceptional after‑sales service and high customer satisfaction.
• Analyse market trends and provide management with accurate pricing, competitive and regional insights.
• Prepare and propose service product offerings, calculating sales prices using the company’s discount strategy and quoting tools.
• Monitor and report on service‑sales activities, keeping the CRM updated with visit reports, opportunities and quotation statuses.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to maximise customer relationships and business outcomes.

Required profile

• Entry‑level position with very good English and German proficiency; French or Italian is a plus.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and eagerness to learn Power BI tools and CRM.
• Strong ability to work both autonomously and in a structured, team‑oriented manner.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
