Installation Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Chief Installation Supervisor to lead global machine installations for Bühler. Based in Prague during the first year for onboarding, you will travel internationally on most assignments, ensuring our clients receive flawless, safe, and efficient plant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate worldwide machine, accessory, and complex plant installations.
• Guarantee high‑quality installations, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and safety.
• Act as the primary on‑site contact for clients and contractors.
• Plan, organize, and solve problems throughout each project phase.
• Manage site teams, promote teamwork, and ensure adherence to company policies.

Required profile

• Technical education (Mechanical Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in site team management.
• Excellent planning, organizing, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel abroad extensively (up to 90% of working time).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Fluent English (B2+); Czech and German are a plus.
