International Tax Manager

About the role

The International Tax Manager will work closely with tax, finance, pricing, supply chain, controllership and external advisors to ensure that transfer pricing processes are accurate, efficient and compliant with statutory and internal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the annual transfer pricing documentation cycle, including local files, memos, group master file, Country‑by‑Country Reporting and intercompany transaction matrices.
• Lead transfer pricing audits, litigation and support statutory financial statement audits as the primary contact for tax inspectors and auditors.
• Provide transfer pricing input for quarterly group reporting and tax provision processes, including margin reviews, forecasting, and adjustment identification.
• Partner with business and finance teams on regular intercompany margin reviews and ad‑hoc pricing queries.
• Develop and implement action plans to resolve transfer pricing issues identified through margin reviews.
• Oversee the annual intercompany pricing review within the standard cost roll process and propose future changes.
• Support M&A integration from a transfer pricing perspective, including model development for acquired entities.
• Assist in footprint restructurings, legal entity rationalisation, value‑chain alignment and IP planning projects.
• Maintain and operationalise global transfer pricing policies, intercompany agreements and related invoicing processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing transfer pricing documentation and compliance cycles.
• Hands‑on experience handling transfer pricing audits, litigation and statutory audit support.
• Ability to work with finance and business stakeholders on intercompany margin reviews and pricing questions.
• Experience supporting M&A integration and transfer pricing aspects of restructurings.
• Strong knowledge of global transfer pricing policies, intercompany agreements and related reporting requirements.
