Inventory Analyst – Warehouse Operations

About the role

The Inventory Analyst will support DP World’s warehouse operations by managing outbound relocations, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring compliance with quality and security standards. This position plays a key role in optimizing processes and supporting continuous improvement within a fast‑moving logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate outbound relocations, including repacking and shipment booking.
• Conduct accurate inventory counts and keep documentation up‑to‑date.
• Inspect stored goods to ensure quality and compliance with storage standards.
• Process and document loss reports, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution.
• Monitor external developments in warehousing and logistics to support continuous improvement.
• Develop, optimise, and document operational processes within the warehouse.
• Ensure data protection and information security compliance when handling sensitive data, documents, and materials.

Required profile

• Completed school‑leaving certificate and vocational training.
• Valid forklift licence.
• Excellent written and spoken Czech and basic English.
• Several years of professional experience in warehousing.
• Hands‑on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced).
• SAP.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) operation.
• Forklift operation (valid licence).
