Inventory Cycle Counter – Warehouse Stock Accuracy

About the role

We are looking for an Inventory Cycle Counter to ensure accurate stock levels in our warehouse. The role involves regular cycle counts, discrepancy reconciliation and supporting continuous improvement in a fast‑moving automotive logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and non‑routine inventory inquiries, collecting, verifying and reporting material levels and customer demand.
• Execute scheduled and random cycle counts according to JLR parts schedules and standard work procedures.
• Reconcile count results with AOS and SAP systems, escalating any discrepancies.
• Maintain and control all documentation related to cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
• Investigate pack‑line and shipping‑lane discrepancies, working with suppliers and inbound paperwork to identify root causes.
• Respond to customer inquiries and anticipate upcoming needs.
• Produce internal KPI reports, including Pareto analysis, to support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience in an automotive or logistics environment.
• Strong administrative abilities and accurate documentation management.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven experience in order process control.
• Willingness to work in a two‑shift operation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Working knowledge of AOS and SAP systems (advantage).
