Key Account Manager Personal Health

About the role

Philips is looking for a Key Account Manager to drive growth for its Personal Health portfolio. Based in Prague, you will manage a diverse mix of e‑commerce, brick‑and‑mortar and FMCG customers, shaping commercial plans and building long‑term partnerships that support the company’s health‑technology mission.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop relationships with e‑commerce, brick‑and‑mortar and FMCG customers.
• Define and execute a long‑term account strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Drive sales growth, improve account profitability and lead commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, finance and other cross‑functional teams to deliver results.
• Use data, forecasting and KPIs to steer the business, identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape and customer strategies.
• Optimize portfolio mix to maximize performance.
• Continuously improve ways of working and execution.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Key Account Management or a similar commercial role.
• Proven track record with e‑commerce and/or brick‑and‑mortar customers.
• Strong strategic thinking and business planning abilities.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and negotiate contracts.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a solution‑oriented approach.
• High level of ownership, accountability and a proactive attitude.
