Maintenance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of our site’s equipment and facilities. The role involves performing minor repairs, assembling and installing furniture, and preparing premises for events, all while maintaining a safe and functional workshop environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out minor maintenance and repair tasks on building structures and equipment.
• Assemble, install, and arrange furniture and other items as required by operational needs.
• Equip and prepare premises for events and daily operations.
• Manage the technical and material equipment of the workshop.
• Maintain stock of consumables and installation materials.

Required profile

• Previous experience in building maintenance and operations.
• Fluent in Czech; basic English is sufficient.
• Ability to work independently and handle workshop tools safely.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and good teamwork skills.
• Effective communication when responding to maintenance requests.
