Market Engagement Support Intern

About the role

The Market Engagement Support (Intern) plays a hands-on role in shaping the future of TAG by supporting the Global Market Engagement Lead through the annual roadmap planning cycle. This is a 50% capacity internship over 12 months, based in Prague, where you will help organize and manage the flow of market insights, track milestones and support Market Fit Gap and Market Interlock activities. You will partner with regional teams worldwide, create summaries and recommendations, and help keep the planning engine on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Global Market Engagement Lead with project setup, maintenance, coordination and reporting during the annual roadmap cycle.
• Help organize, prepare and consolidate the corporate project/program roadmap.
• Support the evolution of the market engagement process and tools.
• Work with project managers, program leads and regional heads to gather insights and coordinate across functions.
• Apply and reinforce project management methodologies and PMO governance standards.
• Monitor tollgate criteria and help teams prepare documentation and evidence.
• Assist in building and maintaining project plans, dashboards and reporting tools.
• Review project data and deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, prepare meeting materials and track follow-ups.
• Share knowledge with newer team members and take part in special initiatives.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, Strategy or a related field.
• Interest in project management and strategic planning; familiarity with methodologies or PMO practices is a plus.
• Strong organization, analytical and communication skills, able to handle multiple tasks accurately.
• Proactive, curious and comfortable working with global teams across time zones.

Required skills

• Comfort with productivity and project management tools such as Excel and project dashboards.
• Eagerness to learn new systems quickly.
