Marketing Director – Scale Marketing & Drive Growth

About the role

Yieldigo is looking for a Marketing Director to take its already strong marketing foundation to the next level. Based in Prague, you will work directly with the executive team to shape global positioning, engage enterprise buyers and turn marketing into a high‑impact driver of international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define marketing priorities that align with company strategy and revenue goals.
• Build scalable processes, systems and ways of working across the organisation.
• Lead, coach and grow a high‑performing marketing team (currently two members) while rolling up your sleeves for hands‑on execution.
• Establish clear measurement frameworks, KPIs and performance management.
• Develop and execute initiatives that generate pipeline and support predictable sales growth.
• Strengthen account‑based marketing (ABM) for enterprise sales and partner closely with the Sales team to improve go‑to‑market effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and scaling marketing functions in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to work at an executive level while remaining hands‑on in day‑to‑day activities.
• Track record of shaping brand positioning and driving revenue‑focused marketing programs.
• Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Product and senior leadership.
