Marketing Manager – Data-Driven & AI-Powered Marketing

About the role

You will develop the marketing strategy for the General Machine Building segment, turning market, customer and data insights into scalable go‑to‑market, demand generation and sales‑enablement approaches. AI will be used continuously to improve decision‑making speed and measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and steer the marketing strategy for General Machine Building based on business objectives and market potential.
• Analyse buying‑group dynamics in complex B2B processes and create differentiated value propositions, messaging frameworks and customer journeys.
• Design go‑to‑market and demand strategies, set target segments and craft strategic campaign briefs across demand stages.
• Leverage AI and automation tools for market research, content orchestration and scalable marketing workflows.
• Establish KPIs, use data to prioritise target groups and investments, and ensure contributions to pipeline, growth and customer retention.

Required profile

• Several years of B2B marketing experience in a technology‑driven, industrial or software environment.
• Proven ability to analyse markets, customer problems and buying groups and translate them into go‑to‑market strategies.
• Practical experience with generative AI, AI‑copilots or automation workflows that demonstrably improve productivity.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with the ability to formulate hypotheses, define metrics and make evidence‑based decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in English and experience working with international, cross‑functional teams.
