Website & Digital Content Professional

About the role

We are looking for a creative, tech‑savvy Website & Digital Content Professional to support our global Communications Team in the Excellence Hub in Pilsen. In this role you will strengthen WACKER’s global web presence and shape internal digital communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support the strategic development of WACKER’s global website and intranet.
• Create, maintain and update content in the underlying content management systems.
• Provide advice and operational support for new page creation.
• Analyze and optimise website performance (traffic, rankings, engagement, conversion) and intranet usage.
• Manage SEO/SEA, AI‑powered search (GEO) and new information channels to ensure discoverability.
• Support digital campaign development in collaboration with the global Corporate Communications Team and external agencies.
• Contribute to other digital platforms such as mobile intranet, image database and e‑commerce.

Required profile

• College degree in marketing, communications, media or comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in website management, online marketing and e‑commerce.
• Experience with content management systems and tools such as MS Office, Adobe Photoshop and email‑marketing platforms.
• Analytical thinking combined with creativity, independence and reliability.
• Strong technical aptitude and enthusiasm for AI, prompting and machine learning.
• Excellent English communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
