Marketing Product Manager

About the role

The Global Lead for Marketing Campaigns in SITA’s Airports Business Unit will design, launch and optimise multi‑channel B2B campaigns that raise awareness of SITA’s airport technology solutions and generate qualified leads worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute integrated global campaigns across paid, earned and owned media, driving top‑of‑funnel engagement and demand generation.
• Collaborate with regional (APAC, MEA, EURO, AMER) marketing teams and solution specialists to nurture leads, convert MQLs to SQLs and feed the sales pipeline.
• Craft positioning, messaging and value propositions for airport solutions, translating technical features into clear customer benefits.
• Define campaign objectives, track performance metrics (awareness, engagement, leads, ROI) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Support thought‑leadership initiatives, including webinars, customer stories and executive content, to reinforce SITA’s industry authority.

Required profile

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, aviation or related fast‑paced sectors.
• Strong product‑marketing fundamentals: positioning, messaging, go‑to‑market planning and launch execution.
• Excellent writing and storytelling ability to simplify complex technologies for diverse audiences.
• Commercial awareness and a clear understanding of how marketing drives pipeline and revenue growth.
• Curiosity about airport operations, digital transformation and customer outcomes.
