Medical Information Specialist (Czech, Slovak, English and Additional Language)

About the role

iQVIA is looking for a Medical Information Specialist in Prague who speaks Czech, Slovak, English and an additional language. You will use your scientific knowledge and language expertise to deliver accurate, balanced and non-promotional medical information to healthcare professionals, patients and consumers across several communication channels. The role also covers identifying, documenting and routing adverse events and product quality complaints according to safety procedures, with a primary focus on Medical Information and additional support for safety reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to medical and product-related inquiries by phone, email and other approved channels
• Provide accurate, evidence-based, non-promotional information on products, therapies and disease areas
• Document customer interactions in line with company procedures and quality standards
• Use approved medical information resources and scientific literature to answer inquiries
• Identify, document and route adverse events, product quality complaints and other reportable information
• Support safety data intake and accurate documentation in designated systems
• Collaborate with Medical Information, Pharmacovigilance, Quality and other cross-functional teams
• Take part in training, quality initiatives and continuous improvement activities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medicine or another relevant scientific discipline
• Czech and Slovak at C2/Business level, English, and an additional foreign language at minimum C1
• Understanding of adverse event reporting and pharmacovigilance principles
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective working relationships with colleagues, clients and healthcare professionals
