Medior RAI AI Robotics Integration & Deployment Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Medior RAI AI Robotics Integration & Deployment Engineer to join our on‑site engineering team in Prague. You will bridge the gap between NVIDIA Isaac Sim and physical humanoid robots, helping our RAI team turn simulated intelligence into real‑world performance.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with robotics physics simulators such as Isaac Sim/IsaacLab, Newton, MuJoCo, or similar, understanding the underlying computations.
• Apply deep knowledge of Python and robot physics, including rigid‑body interaction, contact modeling, and actuator behavior.
• Calibrate simulators against real hardware, matching simulated and measured behavior beyond visual inspection.
• Deploy policies from simulation onto real robots using domain or dynamics randomization and troubleshoot transfer failures.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in robotics integration or related fields.
• Proven experience integrating and deploying learned models or control policies on real robots.
• Strong Python and C++ skills for robot‑facing and performance‑critical code.
• Hands‑on experience with ROS 2, DDS, NVIDIA Jetson, and robot hardware interfaces.
• Experience optimizing models for real‑time inference using ONNX, TensorRT, quantization, compilation, or similar tools.
• Ability to debug timing, communication, inference, control, and hardware failures across the robotics stack.
