About the role
Maintain a safe and well‑organized workplace while executing autonomous maintenance activities according to Standard Operating Procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain safe and well‑organized workplace and perform autonomous maintenance activities as defined in SOPs.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives based on personal observations and ideas.
- Execute production according to orders, specifications, work and quality instructions to meet daily targets set by the Production Supervisor or Factory Work Leader.
- Report non‑conformances such as Andon, downtime, or marking issues to the relevant parties and resolve them according to instructions.
- Confirm production order operations promptly using the provided tools and SOPs after execution.
