Order Management Specialist

About the role

kiongroup is looking for an Order Management Specialist for its Regional Distribution Centre (RDC) in Pohořelice. You will report to the Order Management department manager within a small team of 12 colleagues. The position involves handling customer queries about orders, coordinating with other specialists and following the day-to-day order flow.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer queries quickly about their orders or inquiries
• Act as a competent contact for sales-related requests and complaints, coordinating with the relevant specialists
• Communicate across the company to clarify customer queries or secure material demands
• Follow up the day-to-day order flow
• Issue invoices, credit notes and customer reports
• Handle return orders
• Prepare export documents and coordinate export procedures with customs or a customs agent

Required profile

• 5 years of experience in customer service
• Fluent English; German is an advantage
• Good communication skills, proactive and independent, flexible

Required skills

• SAP and MS Office
• Basic understanding of export procedures
