OtC Collections Specialist – Polish (1‑year contract)

About the role

The Order to Cash (OtC) Collections and Credit Specialist will handle daily transactional activities in SAP for EMEA countries, supporting the Business Service Center in Prague. The role involves direct customer contact, dispute resolution, and account reconciliation while ensuring timely communication and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers based on the SAP FSCM worklist, record actions, promises to pay, disputes and follow‑ups.
• Communicate via phone with customers daily, handling incoming and outgoing calls.
• Follow up on dispute resolution and perform reconciliation of customer accounts.
• Prepare remittances in Excel for posting by the Cash Applications team.
• Ensure statements of accounts and dunning letters are sent to all customers.
• Download invoices from the system and send them to customers when required.
• Escalate difficult cases to local markets and monitor resolution.
• Perform other administrative tasks and support managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
• 1–2 years of experience in finance or accounting within a multinational company, with collections experience.
• Business‑level English and advanced Polish language skills.
