Outbound Operations Manager

About the role

At Rohlik we are launching a brand‑new, highly automated fulfillment centre and need a leader to shape the outbound operation from day one. As Outbound Operations Manager you will lead the outbound shift, coach a team of Area Managers and help turn a new building into a high‑performing operation.

Key responsibilities

• Own outbound performance – drive picking, packing and dispatch, ensure safety compliance and manage labour.
• Lead and develop Area Managers – coach, mentor and scale the team, ensuring optimal staffing and skills.
• Collaborate with Automation, OpEx, HR, IT and Transport to solve live challenges and align resources.
• Monitor KPIs, conduct root‑cause analyses and champion continuous‑improvement culture.
• Support implementation of new processes, tools and automated systems across picking and dispatch.
• Maintain standards and best‑practice adoption in a new operational environment.
• Provide hands‑on problem‑solving during peak periods, weekends and holidays.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in outbound, warehousing or logistics.
• Proven track record managing teams of 50+ people in fast‑paced settings.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, coordination and leadership skills.
• Fluent English and conversational Czech.
