Part-time HSE Assistant – Student Job in Brno

About the role

ABB's Brno team is looking for a part-time assistant to support its Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) department with daily tasks and administration. The position reports to the HSE Manager and Country HSE Lead and suits a university student, ideally with a technical background.

Key responsibilities

• Support the HSE team with routine administrative work
• Help prepare site risk visualisations and check that risk analyses are up to date
• Prepare OOPP cards according to the current risk analysis
• Process OHS statistics in the ABB application
• Monitor compliance with measures from incidents, audits and inspections
• Keep controlled HSE documentation current and carry out other ad hoc tasks as needed

Required profile

• University student (technical field preferred but not required)
• Careful, reliable person with a proactive approach
• Good Czech, slightly advanced English
• Ability to come to the office at least once a week

Required skills

• Good computer literacy, including MS Office
