Payroll Accountant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Accountant to join our HR team at Dormer Pramet, part of the Sandvik Group. You will be responsible for the full payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance and a high level of service for our employees.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete payroll process for all employees.
• Administer payroll and employment‑related documentation.
• Communicate with health insurance companies, social security authorities and other institutions.
• Process sickness benefits, wage garnishments and payroll deductions.
• Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams.
• Prepare payroll reports and statistical analyses.
• Support employees with payroll, benefits and employment‑related queries.
• Monitor legislative changes and ensure their practical implementation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing payroll independently.
• Good understanding of Czech payroll and labour legislation.
• Strong accuracy, systematic work style and confidentiality.
• Excellent organization skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Communicative English proficiency.
