About the role

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable technical backlogs for development teams.
• Architect optimal designs for custom services and integrations that ensure seamless product adoption.
• Contextualize technical decisions by their business impact, solving the right problems for clients.
• Identify security risks and ensure designs adhere to best security practices.
• Partner across departments and with external stakeholders to align solutions and impact.
• Develop and scale solution‑architecture capabilities to support increasingly complex client integrations.

Required profile

• An ex‑programmer mindset focused on high‑level design rather than low‑level coding.
• A puzzle solver who can connect the dots and communicate designs clearly.
• A curious communicator who asks the right questions to uncover true customer pain points.
• UX‑sensitive, always considering how design decisions affect the end‑user.
• Familiarity with Rossum’s tech stack (Python, REST APIs, Flask/Django, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes) is a huge plus.
