Production Operator (m/f/d)

About the role

Join a leading global technology company as a Production Operator, supporting the manufacturing of high‑quality components for automotive, aerospace and industrial customers. You will work on a continuous shift schedule, contributing to efficient output while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of production tasks according to the qualification matrix.
• Ensure product quality and efficient output on a daily basis.
• Maintain a clean workstation and comply with EHS, OHS and PO guidelines.
• Follow all company production rules and implement supervisor instructions reliably.
• Apply a structured approach to keep processes running smoothly.
• Prioritise order, safety and teamwork in the production environment.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training in a technical or production‑related field (advantageous).
• Initial experience in production or an industrial setting is desirable.
• Willingness to work shifts, including afternoons, nights and weekends.
• Careful, responsible work ethic with strong team spirit and communication skills.
• Basic ability to operate machinery or technical equipment is a plus.
• Awareness of occupational safety and hygiene standards.

• Monthly salary ranging from CZK 24,000 to CZK 32,000, depending on shift model and performance.
